Fully Configured Systems, Shipped Ready to Run

Alliance’s Hyper-Scale Data Center Solutions come fully configured and ready to provision. Our systems ship in shock resistant cabinets, fully sealed for dust and come with cooling built into the rack. Our systems can be deployed prior to construction completion allowing IT to stay ahead of their deadlines. All applications are installed and tested prior to shipping. Our solution significantly reduces the dependencies on construction, significantly reduces time to deploy and significantly reduces operating cost.

Supply Chain Mitigation

IT equipment is severely impacted by current supply chain issues and shortages will continue for the foreseeable future. Alliance has extensive IT integration and warehousing facilities that allow us to mitigate most of the current supply chain issues. Our facilities allow Hyper-Scale Data Centers to project their IT equipment requirements, order in advance and store the equipment at the Alliance facility providing just in time inventory of constrained equipment. In addition, our integration facility will configure the systems before shipment significantly reducing the time required on-site to install new systems. This ensures that equipment is available when needed, deployments are consistently built and meet all requirements.

Thought Leadership & Senior Project Management

IT infrastructure is just one part of building and managing a Hyper-Scale Data Center. IT must work seamlessly with all groups, construction, automation, site management, operations, IT and physical security, video management, customer SLA’s and safety. An undertaking of this magnitude requires leadership and detailed project management. Alliance provides senior Project Management capabilities to assist Hyper-Scale Data Centers in managing all the moving parts and also provide IT thought leadership to assist with Hyper-Scale Data Center’s IT planning. Our Leadership partners with Hyper-Scale Data Centers to develop short and long-term roadmaps. Roadmaps can consist of new builds, existing data center refits, transition from existing enterprise data centers to Hyper-Scaler data centers, consulting on purchase of new facilities and consulting of sale of existing facilities.

Details matter, Alliance’s procedures include pre and post install checklists to validate site readiness for deployment and to validate system requirements have been met after installation. This documented and repeatable process ensures that all deployments, new data centers and existing data center upgrades, are provided with an IT environment that exceeds requirements.

Support continues after initial deployment. Alliance provides post installation support to assist changes, engineering support and with on-going operations.
